The civic value of reading: aboard the Bibliobus towards Torino 2033

To mark the tenth edition of “Turin reads… with Piedmont”, we hopped on board the Bibliobus near the Calvino Library. In the company of great thinkers such as Immanuel Kant, Jacques Le Goff, Simone Weil and many others, we explored words and ideas on a journey that brings together the concept of reading as a civic value and the European dimension of culture. A journey that reinforced Turin’s pathway towards its candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2033.
