We supported the moderation of two working groups and stimulated conversation around the question: how are the major global challenges — synthesized by the megatrends reshaping the world we live in — transforming cultural and social organizations? And above all, what contribution can these organizations make to change? These were two days of intersectoral dialogue, including speeches, participatory workshops, and moments of collective feedback, which confirmed a conviction: transformation cannot be addressed alone, but by building ecosystems capable of reading the present and imagining possible futures. A perspective that, for us, is already part of the journey.
